Waiting for Spring

The best part about sewing is that you think you can make anything. I realized the other day that the magazine's I looked through were not, "Ohhhhh, I want that, it's so cute!", but rather, "I can make that myself! Honey, I need to stop at the fabric store." Ha ha ha! I have a problem.

 

I was attempting to make a cell phone case for a friend (which actually fit perfectly), but ended up with a new camera cozy!   It is so bright and cheerful.  I added a little crochet flower to give it some pizazz.  The only problem? How to take pictures with the camera in it?

I sewed a small button hole to string my camera cord through so while I use my camera, I can keep my case with it. It works great! What do you think?
